Our Pricing at Next OV Skin
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Letybo is $12/unit for new patients, $14/unit for follow-ups. Botox and Xeomin are $16/unit.
There are no hidden fees, no required add-ons, and no pressure to purchase more than you need. Your total depends on how many units make sense for your treatment plan, and Nurse Jayme will go over that with you honestly before you decide.

What Usually Affects Your Total?
Your total cost depends on several factors that Nurse Jayme evaluates during your consultation:
Areas treated
Treating just the frown lines costs less than treating the full upper face. Some patients start with one area and add others over time.
Muscle strength and movement
Stronger muscles may need more product to achieve the same degree of relaxation. This varies from person to person and even changes over time.
Your goals
Some patients want a very soft, subtle result, just enough to take the edge off. Others prefer more noticeable smoothing. Your preferences help determine the right amount.
First treatment vs. maintenance
First-time patients often start conservatively to see how their body responds. Over time, you and Nurse Jayme will learn what works best for you, and your dosing may adjust accordingly.
There's no formula that applies to everyone. That's why we assess your movement and discuss your goals before recommending anything.

Why Pricing Varies Between Providers
You may see lower prices elsewhere, and higher ones too. A few things affect what you pay:
Injector training and experience
Not all injectors have the same background in facial anatomy or aesthetic technique. Experience matters when it comes to achieving natural-looking results.
Product sourcing and handling
Reputable providers use properly sourced products that are stored and handled appropriately. This affects both safety and results.
Appointment experience
Some clinics rush through appointments. Others take time to assess your movement, answer questions, and create a personalized plan.
At Next OV Skin, your appointment is never rushed. Nurse Jayme takes a conservative approach and recommends only what you need, nothing more.
What's Included in Your Appointment
When you book with Nurse Jayme, your appointment includes a movement assessment where she studies how your face moves before deciding on placement or dosing, a personalized dosing plan based on your anatomy and goals rather than a template, the treatment itself which typically takes 10-20 minutes depending on the areas treated, and follow-up support if you have questions afterward.
There's no pressure to add services, no upselling, and no rush. If Nurse Jayme doesn't think you need treatment, she'll tell you.
Why Your Injector Matters
Botox results depend heavily on who's injecting. The same product can look natural or overdone depending on technique, placement, and dosing.
Nurse Jayme is intentionally conservative. She focuses on preserving your natural expression, not erasing it. Her goal is for you to look rested and refreshed, not frozen or overdone.
If you're nervous about looking different, that's exactly the kind of concern she takes seriously.
